"When you see an overweight person, you might think "they've got no discipline", "they've got no self-control" or "they don't know how to manage themselves'" BUT when you realise for example that they are a successful Business Owner or Senior Leader in a company:
Does this person not have discipline?
Does not have self-management skills?
Does this person not have the ability to set goals and work hard?
Obviously not! They've built a lot of success and resources in their life.
They are very resourceful, they can commit to goals, work hard at them and keep pushing forward with those things.
It's just in the problem space they're not applying those resources.
This is where Hypnosis is a very powerful tool. Where we can explore what is missing in the problem space and then find a way of transferring those resources into that area. Creating degree of inspiration, commitment and capability to get moving in that area.
How can hypnotherapy work for me?
Hypnotherapy is effective if the person is effective. At the end of the day Hypnotherapy is a tool. If you use hypnosis correctly it will work very well. You can't just think that it's gonna do the work for you, you still need to do the work.
It's not magic but it is magical in its effect that it can have when used correctly.
I think it's a very powerful way to make consistent changes over a long period of time and maintain those changes. It's something that I've had success with for myself and others.

Hypnosis is a powerful tool if you're feeling stuck or feel like you are not being able to get into action. Any of the things that hold us back from doing the things we need to do to get the things we want to get in life.
