  • Over 10 years Remedial Massage experience within Physiotherapy + Chiropractic clinics
  • Expertise in chronic pain, muscle tension and injury relief.​
  • Experience with Elite-level Marathon Runners, Body Builders, Kick-Boxers, Football Players and Sports Performance Athletes. 
  • Experience with all stages of Pregnancy (incl post-natal).
  • Provides tension relief for Tradies, Athletes + Mums

Jeff provided one of the best remedial massages I've ever had. He knows where and how to best apply pressure. It was a painful experience- but that's a positive sign the treatment is working. This was proven as after the treatment I immediately experienced more mobility and less pain in tight areas in the days following.
