​Injured my back doing deadlifts at gym. After no improvement following both Physio and Acupuncture appointments, I decided to give Remedial Massage a go. Following the first two treatment with Jeff I felt at least 70% better..... and after the second I feel amazing!!

He also explains each treatment in detail and makes you feel extremely comfortable.

Jeff provided one of the best remedial massages I've ever had. He knows where and how to best apply pressure. It was a painful experience- but that's a positive sign the treatment is working. This was proven as after the treatment I immediately experienced more mobility and less pain in tight areas in the days following. As a regular gym goer needing this service, Jeff's skill is rare and godsend. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

I have been seeing Jeff regularly for a long time now for remedial massages to treat a whole range of issues. There is no other masseuse that even comes close! It’s not an easy treatment, but the benefits are life changing.... I honestly walk out of there a new person. He knows exactly what he is doing and what your body needs to help recovery which In turn helps with optimizing all aspects of training. I have been a recipient of professional massages for over a decade and I can hands down say that Sascha is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had! I tend to get a lot of muscle knots in my shoulders/back, and Sascha is the only massage therpaist I have been to who was able to loosen all the knots under my shoulder blades. He is very professional and has a lot of knowledge on how the body works. Most importantly he tailors the service to my needs and is responsive to feedback to ensure an individualised treatment.
