When I train by myself I sometimes give up, but Jeff is the person who makes me do a proper session. It's really hard...but he says "I know you can do it" and I do it, and after the session I feel so happy. Very energetic, very fit and very happy.

The difference with Catalyst PHD is that Jeff sits down with me every week and asks me what my goals are and then we work on a program to get to those goals, whereas other personal trainers I've had in the past have been focused on what they want me to do rather than I what I want to achieve myself.

You can tell Jeff lives for health & fitness, and that it is not just something he is doing on the side.
